Each individual is permitted to hold one Account only. If you believe you have inadvertently created a duplicate account, contact our support team immediately to have it resolved.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. If you suspect your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ludotogel support immediately. ludotogel is required to verify the identity of all Account Holders prior to processing withdrawal requests and, in certain circumstances, prior to accepting deposits above defined thresholds. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ludotogel's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform (whether in contract, tort, or otherwise) shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds held in your Account at the time the relevant claim arises.
ludotogel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible loss arising from your use of the Platform.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
ludotogel makes no warranty that the Platform will be available without interruption, free from errors, or that defects will be corrected. Temporary unavailability for maintenance, technical issues, or force majeure events does not constitute a breach of these Terms.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Upon closure, any real-money balance (net of any active bonus requirements) will be returned to you via your most recently used and verified withdrawal method, subject to completed KYC verification. Account closure requests for self-exclusion purposes will be processed in accordance with the responsible gambling procedures described in Clause 10.
